Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the homeschool program.
• Teach students in assigned grades and subjects.
• Assist with curriculum planning and implementation.
• Communicate regularly with parents and families.
• Help establish school policies, procedures and a positive learning environment.
• Supervise staff and support teachers as the program grows.
• Maintain student records and ensure compliance with Virginia homeschool and private school requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership on expansion to private/charter school.
