Job summary

Island Leap & Learn in Alaska is seeking a dynamic Homeschool Enrichment Program Director to lead and expand our innovative homeschooling initiatives, shaping personalized learning experiences that foster academics, creativity, and social-emotional growth for diverse students.

You will foster open communication with families, staff, and community partners; ensure safety compliance; oversee hands-on, child-led activities; and plan engaging PE-inspired games that make learning enjoyable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience overseeing children in a group setting with diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated success in maintaining a fun and safe environment for children.
• Familiarity with homeschool education is a plus but not required.
• CPR training is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication with children, families, staff, and community partners.

• Demonstrated success in managing and maintaining a fun and safe place for our kiddos.
• Familiarity with homeschool education a plus, but not required.
