Job summary

Woodland Park School District RE-2 seeks a collaborative Homeschool Connections Administrator to launch and manage a district program at the Gateway Learning Center. The role includes direct instruction support, family engagement, and program operations to ensure compliance with district and state regulations.

The successful candidate will coordinate with teachers, guest speakers, and community partners, maintaining records and fostering an inclusive learning environment for homeschool

Qualifications

• Current Administration License preferred.
• Experience in school administration and teaching.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to design and facilitate flexible, student-centered curriculum.
• Understanding of regulations regarding public school funding and homeschool compliance.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe, and supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a menu of engaging, high-quality course offerings for participating students.
• Coordinate literacy and math intervention support.
• Manage program operations and attendance in district systems.
• Engage families and community; lead outreach and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with SB26-023 and related funding requirements.
• Support scheduling, safety protocols, and administrative tasks.
