Job summary

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) seeks a Staffing Coordinator for the Engle Education Center in West Grove, PA, working within Advanced Clinical Services to staff students with special needs. You will handle referrals, coordinate with a staffing agency, and supervise new staff while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and FERPA.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), supervisory experience, and state/federal clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or Mental Health is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
• Current child abuse, criminal history, and FBI Fingerprint clearances are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate provision of services to meet individualized needs by working with Local Education Agencies.
• Communicate with school districts regarding cases and coordinate staffing with staffing agency.
• Access online databases, approve daily staff logs, and upload required documents; create staff accounts as needed.
• Provide orientation, training, and direct supervision to staff; monitor performance and identify development needs.
• Coordinate delivery of direct care services delineated in students' IEP plans.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
