Job summary
Guardian Angel Senior Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Part-Time Home Care Education RN to lead the education and ongoing development of our Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, Homemakers, and caregivers.
This role blends clinical nursing with education and leadership to strengthen our caregiving workforce across Massachusetts. The Education RN will design and deliver certification classes, provide ongoing training, evaluate caregiver competencies, and collaborate with clinical
Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
- Experience teaching, precepting, mentoring, or training healthcare staff is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel to training locations and client homes when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Teach Home Health Aide (HHA) certification classes and skills labs.
- Provide ongoing in-service education and competency training.
- Perform caregiver skills evaluations and annual competency assessments.
- Coach caregivers on best practices in home care.
- Supervise caregivers in the field as needed.
- Assist with quality assurance and clinical compliance.
- Maintain education records and documentation.
- Collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams to ensure caregiver success.
- Promote exceptional client care through education and mentorship.
