Kaplan Early Learning Company in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced educator or education writer to lead our early education RFP responses for the Curriculum, Assessment, and Professional Learning team.

As an RFP Specialist, you will coordinate cross-functional inputs, ensure alignment with state standards, and help develop compelling proposals while supporting sales outreach and content creation. Occasional travel to conferences may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field.
• 4+ years of classroom teaching or administrative experience in education.
• Superior writing, proofreading, and editing skills with a writing sample.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses and ensure alignment with state early learning standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for RFPs.
• Develop persuasive proposals showing capacity and approach to meeting project requirements.
• Ensure timely submission and maintain CAPL RFP materials database.
