Job summary

Voya Financial Advisors®, Inc. in Minneapolis seeks a Financial Professional to serve plan sponsor relationships in education market, focusing on 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education.

You will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend and implement investment solutions, and conduct retirement seminars. Licenses Series 7/65/66 and Life & Health licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, 401(a) preferred).
• Securities licenses and Life & Health licenses required.
• Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.

Responsibilities

• Manage plan sponsor relationships in the education market.
• Oversee 403(b)/457 enrollment and retirement planning.
• Educate participants through seminars and one-on-one sessions.
• Research client questions and provide investment solutions.
