Fleet Science Center in San Diego, CA is seeking an Education Reservations Specialist to coordinate bookings, deliver excellent customer service, and build lasting relationships with schools and community organizations.

You will manage reservations, process payments, maintain records, and support education program operations, with the team ensuring accurate financial processing and a welcoming experience for students and families.

Responsibilities

• Bookings and Reservation Coordination – respond to inquiries from schools, districts, teachers, families, community partners and groups by phone, email, and in person with program information, pricing, and availability.
• Process bookings, reservations, transfers, waitlist changes, refunds, and cancellations for field trips, workshops, camps, and other Fleet programs, confirming schedules, attendance, and payments.
• Build relationships with schools and external organizations to promote participation in Fleet education programs and ensure smooth check-in and preparation.
