Job summary

Fleet Science Center is seeking an Education Reservations Specialist to coordinate bookings, handle inquiries from schools and community groups, and ensure smooth field trips, workshops, and programs in alignment with Fleet education goals.

You will manage reservations, process payments, maintain records, and support billing and accounts receivable, building relationships with educators while delivering friendly, reliable service to students and families.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating reservations or bookings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle payments and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Bookings and Reservation Coordination – manage inquiries, complete bookings, confirm schedules and payments.
• Administrative and Data Support – maintain records in systems and prepare reports.
• Billing and Payments Support – process payments, invoices, refunds, and AR follow-ups.
• Provide a welcoming experience for visitors during check-in and events.
