Job summary

You will design recruiting strategies, build relationships with schools and educational centers, and participate in job fairs and events to fulfill staffing needs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting or HR, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid United States Driver’s License in good standing is required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations
• Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers
• Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area
• Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events
