Job summary

Onward Search is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source, recruit, and place candidates in contract roles within K-12 education. You will build a robust candidate pipeline, screen for fit, and negotiate compensation to align with client needs and candidate expectations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship management, and the ability to manage multiple placements while delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree required.

• Strong understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on phone outreach and relationship management.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and placements simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Internet Savvy: Stay up-to-date with online recruiting tools and strategies to effectively source and engage potential candidates.

Our Education Staffing division specializes in placing special education teachers, school psychologists, speech language pathologists, behavioral health professionals, occupational therapists, nurses, and other essential roles in K-12 schools. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in contract positions at the schools we support.
