Job summary

The Education Program Specialist 3 at The Ohio State University’s CTSI supports the administration, coordination, and evaluation of Investigator Career Development programs for graduate students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty. • 4 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred.

• Coordinate scheduling and promotion of workshops, seminars, and events.
• Support externship initiatives and career development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain training resources (video libraries, online modules).
• Maintain surveys and conduct pre/post assessments; track IDPs and milestones.
• Collect, analyze, and report data for stakeholders and NIH reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify improvement opportunities.
