The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Education Program Specialist 3 to support CTSI Investigator Career Development programs. You will coordinate remote and in-person workshops, manage communications, and monitor progress for graduate students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty in collaboration with CTSI leadership.

The Education Program Specialist 3 supports the administration, coordination, and evaluation of CTSI’s Investigator Career Development programs. Reporting to the Associate Director for Investigator Development, this role ensures timely communication, coordination, and monitoring of high-quality remote and in-person educational workshops, training opportunities, and career development initiatives for graduate students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty. The Education Program Specialist 3 works closely with CTSI leadership, faculty, staff, and trainees/scholars to manage day-to-day program operations and contribute to long-term program improvement.
