Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Education Program Specialist 3 to support CTSI Investigator Career Development programs. You will coordinate remote and in-person workshops, manage communications, and monitor progress for graduate students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty in collaboration with CTSI leadership.

Reporting to the Associate Director for Investigator Development, you will contribute to program evaluation, NIH grant administration, and data reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred.
• Experience coordinating NIH and institutional training grants is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and promotion of recurring educational series and events.
• Support externship initiatives and career development opportunities.
• Assist NIH/institutional grant administration and compliance.
• Develop surveys and monitor program evaluation and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve program effectiveness.
