Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree desirable.
• 4 years of relevant experience required; 4-8 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and promotion of workshops, seminars, and events.
• Support externship initiatives and career development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain training resources (video libraries, online modules).
• Assist NIH and institutional training grant administration and compliance.
• Monitor trainee/scholar appointments and NIH xTrain submissions.
• Collect, analyze, and report data for internal stakeholders and NIH progress reports.
• Maintain IDPs, mentoring plans, and program milestones.
• Collaborate with CTSI leadership to improve program effectiveness.
