Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; US work eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of educational program coordination experience.
• Experience with administrative duties and data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes and events, including scheduling and room bookings.
• Communicate program details and changes to students, instructors, and families.
• Provide student support and address inquiries and academic needs.
• Maintain accurate enrollment, attendance, and progress records.
• Collaborate with team to ensure successful delivery of programs.
