Job summary

The Supreme Court of Ohio seeks an Associate Education and Operations Program Manager to lead education projects and Judicial College operations in Columbus. This exempt role partners with senior staff to ensure program delivery and effective project management.

Responsibilities include coordinating curricula, managing faculty and materials, and delivering in-person and virtual programs with reliable technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and one year of relevant experience required. Experience in a legal environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage education projects from planning through implementation, including timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, logistics, and communication.
• Plan, develop, facilitate, and evaluate educational programs and projects.
• Manage and support education/association programs, serving as course moderator. Introduce faculty, provide participant instructions, and operate audiovisual equipment and distance learning software for webinars and remote programs.
• Select faculty, prepare announcements, coordinate materials, and supervise registration. Monitor program progress, evaluate content, and assess faculty performance.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and update Judicial College curriculum for all jurisdictions, content areas, and audiences as directed by senior staff.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of course materials and media per publishing guidelines. Arrange printing orders and schedule material shipments to local courts.
• Coordinate with SMEs to identify learning resources and develop content for new and existing programs. Gather, analyze, and create reports to support continuous course and curriculum improvement.
• Manage in person and virtual events, ensure seamless participant experiences. Integrate instructional technologies, host and facilitate webinars, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide expert guidance on technology use.
