Qualifications

  • Experience maintaining documentation for contracts and tax forms.
  • Assist in preparing and tracking contracts and partnerships.
  • Coordinate weekly payments for temporary staff and contractors.
  • Manage vendor payments, reimbursements, and card reconciliations.
  • Invoicing processing and approval workflows.
  • Maintain organized financial records and supporting docs.
  • Create and manage teaching artist/contractor records in Tessitura.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and maintain documentation for contracted individuals and organizations.
  • Assist in preparation, tracking, and processing of contracts and partnerships.
  • Coordinate weekly payments for temporary employees and independent contractors.
  • Manage financial operations related to vendor payments and reimbursements.
  • Ensure accurate processing of invoices and approvals.
  • Maintain organized records of financial transactions.
