Job summary

Executive Director, Inc. (EDI) is seeking an Education Program Manager for CSRS.

You will partner with a physician-led Education Committee to shape educational programming, turning strategic priorities into conferences, webinars, and digital content grounded in cervical spine research from leading academic centers. You will manage committee logistics, design courses for annual meetings, and collaborate with CME and Awards committees to advance the CSRS educational mission.

Qualifications

  • Experience in association management or nonprofit leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison to the CSRS Education Committee; schedule calls and prepare reports.
  • Design and deliver educational programming at annual meetings; recruit speakers/moderators.
  • Help design and launch educational webinars; bring surgeon insights to audiences worldwide.
  • Curate educational content featuring cervical spine research for CSRS website/YouTube.
  • Guide surgeon-leaders as they develop new educational initiatives.
  • Liaise with the CME Committee; schedule calls, prepare agendas and reports.
  • Manage the Annual Meeting speaker disclosure process with CME provider.
  • Oversee review process for Top Abstract Awards; support committee reviewers.
  • Support CSRS Lifetime Achievement Award selection with Awards Committee staff liaison.
