Job summary

The Institute for Human-Centered AI (HAI) is hiring a Program Manager, Education to oversee the daily operations of its scholar, fellow, and student programs. The role reports to the Managing Director, Research and Campus Engagements and coordinates with faculty mentors, vendor partners, and campus stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs and calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good judgment in day-to-day operational decisions under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administers day-to-day operations of the program portfolio (scholars, fellows, and student programs).
• Manages meeting setup, calendaring, catering, and event logistics.
• Oversees participant intake, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinates with faculty advisors, mentors, vendors, and partner organizations.
• Collaborates with Communications, Finance, Policy, and HR teams.
