Job summary

Gamma Phi Beta is seeking an Education Manager in Centennial, CO to oversee leadership education programs and resources, aligning with the sorority's strategic goals. You will collaborate with experts to design instructional materials, evaluate program impact, and drive education initiatives across collegiate and alumnae members.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Articulate 360 and LMS; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sorority educational programs and strategic initiatives related to member education, officer education, advisor and volunteer training, leadership development, e-learning and event programming for collegiate and alumnae members.
• Work with subject-matter experts to design and develop instructional programs and materials.
• Evaluate impact and effectiveness of education programs against the sorority's mission and strategic plan; recommend changes.
• Update materials and periodically review assigned programs.
• Attend Sorority events to support program delivery.
• Support the director of education in BEDI initiatives.
• Develop social media and email campaigns with Marketing and Communications; update relevant websites.
• Assist with special projects.
• Supervise volunteers as assigned.
