Responsibilities

• Lead admissions processes and materials for MS and PhD programs; oversee applicant evaluation and onboarding.
• Execute marketing and recruitment campaigns, including content and events for prospective students.
• Oversee student services: internships, assistantships, theses defenses, and graduations logistics.
• Supervise faculty support and graduate program processes; manage teaching faculty meeting logistics.
• Support curriculum decisions, course registration workflows, and examination scheduling.
• Oversee program operations, including Summer Institute and professional certificates; coordinate evaluations with OBGE.
