Job summary

Wiley Assessments seeks a Development Manager, Education, to guide end-to-end education program development for our SaaS product ecosystem in Minneapolis. You will apply adult learning principles and coordinate with product, instructional design, and content strategy teams in a fast-paced, platform-first environment.

Responsibilities include auditing content gaps, establishing standards, managing multiple workstreams, and translating releases into education priorities to keep content aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in training, software training, and/or learning content development.
• Demonstrated experience developing engaging learning content for a SaaS product.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) and experience working within or alongside a SaaS platform environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of education programs, videos, and resources using adult learning principles.
• Conduct portfolio audits to identify content gaps and drive changes across the education library.
• Establish and maintain content standards across the full education portfolio at scale.
• Manage multiple project workstreams across content development life cycle with cross-functional teams.
• Translate upcoming releases into education priorities and align content with the platform.
