Job summary

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) seeks a College and Career Readiness Program Performance Technician to manage student records, registrations, and LEIS data. The role involves maintaining transcripts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.

The position requires strong data skills, familiarity with enterprise student information systems, and attention to detail to support program evaluation and post-testing hours for funding.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher with related records management experience.
• Experience with data entry, transcript records, and student information systems.
• Knowledge of FERPA and privacy protections for student data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain student records, data entry for registration and LEIS, grades and transcripts.
• Prepare LEIS reports and assessments for Adult Education program.
• Verify attendance records and ensure budgetary FTE accuracy.
