Job summary

Lynker is looking for an Education Program Evaluator in Silver Spring, Maryland, to support NOAA's educational initiatives. Ideal candidates will have significant expertise in evaluation methods, performance measurement, and compliance with federal evaluation standards.

The successful applicant will help develop evaluation systems and collaborate with other federal agencies. A Master's degree and relevant experience are required, with a Ph.D. preferred.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in conducting evaluations of education programs.
Experience with implementing evaluation systems for large organizations.
Strong knowledge of various evaluation methodologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of NOAA’s Education Strategic Plan.
Develop performance measures and reporting systems for education efforts.
Coordinate with inter-agency STEM education evaluation efforts.

Skills

Expert advice on evaluation

Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods

Experience with logic models for education programming

Education

Master’s of Arts (MA) or Master’s of Science (MS) in Education Evaluation

Ph.D. in Education Evaluation
