Job Summary: Manages and coordinates all administrative support activities for the Department of Neurology Residency Program under the direction of the Residency Program Director and Department of Neurology. Interprets and applies ACGME, other national accrediting agencies, and hospital policies to support program compliance. Provides support to residents and faculty, acting as a liaison between neurology residents and the Graduate Medical Education office, as well as other hospitals, departments, or divisions.
Manages all aspects of the neurology residency program, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding/orientation, program agreements, and external rotations. Tracks reports and ensures compliance with board exam requirements, licensing, moonlighting, and annual appointments. Prepares and submits reports to the local GME office and ACGME regarding residency program updates and changes per guidelines. Manages evaluation software, conference tracking, and rotation schedules. Proctors in-service examinations and handles residents' schedules and paperwork for the Neuroscience Grand Rounds Conference. Coordinates educational conference schedules and processes reimbursement requests. Provides support and backup to the Fellowship Program Coordinator and Clerkship Coordinator.
Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $38.57 per hour
