Job Summary: Manages and coordinates all administrative support activities for the Department of Neurology Residency program under the direction of the Residency Program Director and Department of Neurology. Interprets and applies ACGME, other national accrediting agencies, and hospital policy to support program compliance. Provides support to residents and faculty and acts as a liaison between neurology residents and the Graduate Medical Education office, as well as other hospitals, departments, or divisions. Manages all aspects of the neurology residency program, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding/orientation, program agreements, and external rotations. Tracks reports, ensures compliance with board exam requirements, licensing, moonlighting, and annual appointments. Prepares reports for the local GME office and ACGME regarding residency program updates and changes per ACGME guidelines. Manages evaluation software, conference tracking, and rotation schedule reporting. Proctors examinations and manages residents' schedules and paperwork for the Neuroscience Grand Rounds Conference. Coordinates educational conference schedules and handles reimbursement requests. Supports the Fellowship Program Coordinator and Clerkship Coordinator as needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public health, health education, or a related field plus two or more years of experience in educational program administration. Equivalent experience, education, or training may be considered. Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of education software such as Brightspace, MedHub, etc., and familiarity with ACGME and UME processes are preferred.
Work Days: Monday through Friday, daytime hours.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $38.57 per hour. Salary depends on skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market considerations.
