You will support strategy, recruitment, and program operations, collaborating with leadership to ensure timely, compliant processes and high-quality student experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative work experience required.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a university or non-profit setting is a plus.
• Strong writing, budget proposal, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage program budgets and related reconciliations.
• coordinate onboarding, rotations, and compliance tracking for students.
• Support program strategy, reporting, and marketing/recruitment efforts.
• Plan and execute local recruiting events and campus visits.
• Coordinate HR onboarding and employment paperwork with shared services.
