You will partner with leadership to implement strategic goals, monitor compliance, and supervise staff, ensuring high-quality educational operations within a university setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administrative work experience required; university or non-profit setting preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong writing and editing skills required for policy development and budget proposals.
• Proficient with financial spreadsheets, GAAP basics, database packages, and PeopleSoft.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use accounting software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage program budget needs, requisitions, and travel expense forms.
• Coordinate local clinical rotations and onboarding paperwork for students.
• Support strategy planning, accreditation reporting, marketing, and recruitment efforts.
• Plan and coordinate local recruiting events and on-campus visits.
• Oversee program events and the job shadowing program; manage relationships with instructors and vendors.
