Job summary

CFS is seeking a customer-focused Application Support Coordinator to assist educational partners with platform support, troubleshooting, training, and user assistance. The role emphasizes data integrity, compliance, and effective communication for both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting K-12 educational organizations.
• Knowledge of IEPs and applicable compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support for platform users, resolving technical, access, configuration, and data-related issues.
• Manage and prioritize support requests while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct user onboarding, platform demonstrations, and training sessions for new and existing clients.
• Guide users on platform functionality, workflow best practices, data quality, and compliance-related requirements.
• Review and validate client data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Create and maintain user guides, knowledge-base articles, training materials, and support documentation.
• Participate in software testing, implementation projects, product enhancements, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and overall client experience.
