Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative, customer service and event support for education programs.
• Ability to process payments, create schedules, and maintain reports.
• Flexible with after-hours and weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, communication and administrative support for education programs.
• Coordinate residencies, professional development, assemblies and partnerships, communicating with partners.
• Monitor program quality via evaluations and reports, and maintain records.
• Expand/recruit/train teaching artists with managers.
• Process weekly purchase orders and school payment records.
• Update website and prepare family resource documents.
• Represent education programs at schools and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle data with discretion.
• Data entry and visualizations of program data.
• Attend events before/during/after hours, including weekends.
• Provide additional administrative support as assigned.
