Job summary

Epic is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to serve as the in-person presence in New York City and surrounding districts. You will help educators discover Epic, support classroom adoption, and integrate Epic into daily routines across schools.

You’ll collaborate with teachers, librarians, and district staff to expand Epic’s impact, share field insights, and contribute to a scalable school partnership playbook as the program grows into new markets.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication skills when engaging with teachers and librarians.
• Strong ability to build relationships with educators, schools, and districts.
• Comfort with simple tracking tools and documenting field learnings.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio of 10 to 15 priority districts and their elementary and K-8 schools.
• Ignite school-wide adoption by partnering with librarians and Epic champions to scale use.
• Lead demos at back-to-school nights, PDs, and other events to drive onboarding and engagement.
• Build relationships with district library services and school leaders to expand Epic’s reach.
• Champion healthy screen time and align Epic with local literacy goals.
• Track activity, contribute to playbooks, and recognize outstanding educators.
