Job summary

Epic Kids Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a School Strategy Specialist to be the local, in-person ambassador for Epic. You’ll help educators discover Epic, bring it into classrooms, and make daily reading a routine across schools.

You’ll build district relationships, run demos, support onboarding, and help shape the school partnership playbook as Epic expands. This is educator-to-educator work, with performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Former school principal or education leader with LA connections.
• Current or former school librarian or library director.
• Current or former classroom teacher in ELA/reading K-7.
• Reading specialist or literacy coach with field experience.
• Ability to present to teachers and school groups.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio by managing 10–15 priority districts and schools.
• Ignite school-wide adoption by partnering with librarians and Epic champions.
• Lead demos at back-to-school events and staff meetings to showcase Epic.
• Build district relationships to expand access and agreements.
• Track activity and contribute to the school partnership playbook.
• Champion healthy screen time and integrate Epic into daily routines.
