Job summary

Regent University seeks a Director of Operations to provide financial and administrative support for the School of Education in Virginia Beach. You will oversee budget tracking, process invoices, and prepare contracts for adjuncts, while coordinating graduation applications, course approvals, and student issue resolution.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's desired.
• Experience with university or academic administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee discretionary budget tracking and expenditure review for accuracy.
• Process expense reports and invoices related to travel, conferences, and memberships.
• Draft contracts for adjuncts and other temporary staff.
• Coordinate graduation applications and course approvals; resolve student issues.
• Ensure policy communication to department staff and faculty.
