Job summary

Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support prospective students through the application process. You will acquire and maintain knowledge of programs, financial aid, and policies, and you will assist with applicant management.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong customer service, and the ability to meet goals in a production-driven environment; flexible hours including evenings and occasional weekends are expected.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Regent University and all programs, financial aid and scholarships, transcript and credit evaluation policies, and student advising.
• Review and evaluate application files for admissions decisions or for the recommendation of admissions decisions to Assistant Directors.
• Maintain expert knowledge in Banner, phone/chat system, Ellucian, and other programs deemed essential for applicant management.
• Maintain working knowledge on programmatic content, helpful Faculty feedback, and other tactics to assist with phone calls and application completion.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and occasional weekends. Regular attendance and participation in university events.
