Qualifications

• Formal proof of high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record meeting insurer requirements.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions; background screening required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and accompany clients to ensure punctuality for school activities.
• Monitor clients and respond to crises using prescribed verbal intervention or physical management techniques.
• Assist in programs to aid habilitation, training and treatments.
• Implement Individual Education Plans and behavior management plans to promote positive social behavior.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliable performance as an essential job function.
