OHCAC Head Start seeks an Education Mentor/Coach Manager to oversee safety and daily operations while applying the Frogstreet Curriculum to design and implement lesson plans. You will support staff through on-site coaching, improving teacher-child interactions and development.

The role includes facilitating Practice-Based Coaching cycles, providing feedback, and coordinating with leadership to monitor staff performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Mentor and coach teachers to improve classroom practices.
• Develop and implement lesson plans using Frogstreet Curriculum.
• Provide professional development through coaching cycles.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and well-being of children and daily operations per Head Start and OH licensing rules.
• Provide on-site coaching/mentoring to observably improve teaching practices and child development.
• Deliver professional development to support teachers in applying effective practices and feedback cycles.
