Job summary

Emerus is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to oversee medical supply inventory across multiple facilities in the market. You will manage orders, maintain PAR levels, and ensure accurate receiving and stocking of supplies, while coordinating with the Corporate Supply Chain team.

You will drive between facilities to restock items, resolve shortages, and help implement cost-saving initiatives. A valid driver’s license and English fluency are required, with experience in a medical setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in materials management or materials operations in a medical setting preferred.
• Some knowledge of equipment functions and purposes in a medical setting.
• Valid driver’s license with minimum insurance.
• Demonstrate competency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; written and oral communication required.
• PA Act 33/Act 73 clearances may be required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control for all facilities in the market.
• Order and maintain medical supplies; ensure PAR levels and cycle counts.
• Receive, stock, and verify deliveries against packing slips and POs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Supply Chain to resolve backorders and discrepancies.
• Drive between facilities to restock supplies and coordinate with vendors.
