Universal Technical Institute is seeking an Education Manager to supervise and develop a team of Instructors, driving positive impacts on enrollments, retention and profitability while upholding high standards of education delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, curriculum collaboration, and mentorship to help students grow skills in electrical systems while maintaining a safe, compliant classroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor degree preferred
• 5 years prior teaching and/or management experience
• ASE certification or higher credential for courses to be taught (UTI Lisle)

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students in electrical components and learning environment.
• Lead hands-on training with practical demonstrations and real‑world diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with education team to enhance and develop courses aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative problem solving.
• Instill safety practices to ensure a secure learning environment for students.
