Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of residential/commercial electrical experience and journeyman or above.
• Direct and specialized knowledge in the area of instruction required.
• Technical certifications and state licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate students with an engaging learning environment for HVACR systems.
• Lead hands-on training with diagnostics, maintenance, and repair demonstrations.
• Collaborate with education team to update courses and develop new ones.
• Mentor students on projects, encouraging critical thinking and problem solving.
• Emphasize safety procedures and secure learning environments.
