Job summary

World Relief Western Washington is seeking a part-time Education & Literacy Programs Volunteer Coordinator to train and support volunteers across ESL, Financial Literacy, and Children & Family programs. You will collaborate with program staff to engage churches and communities in volunteer activities, ensuring data tracking and quality care for volunteers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESL, Children & Family, and Detention Center Post-Release volunteer activities.
• Provide training, support, and resources to volunteers.
• Plan meetings and quarterly trainings for volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer records and enter data into the database.
• Support community engagement and outreach efforts.
