Chesterfield County Public Schools is seeking a Lead Technology Support Analyst to supervise TSAs across assigned schools and departments, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and effective technology support for teaching and administration.

The Lead TSA will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate with school principals and central office to align technology services with district goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff across multiple sites.
• Experience diagnosing hardware, software, and AV issues.

Responsabilités

• Directs and oversees daily operations of TSAs across schools and departments.
• Guides on complex technical issues and conducts root-cause analyses.
• Monitors performance, assets, and adherence to deadlines.
• Communicates technology issues to principals and central office.
• Assists locations in determining hardware/software needs and deployments.
• Provides training and professional development as needed.
• Collaborates with other Lead TSAs for consistency.
• Supports development of standard operating procedures.
