Job summary

The Foundation for Hispanic Education (TFHE) is seeking an IT Support Specialist I/II to serve as the primary technical resource for staff and students. You will install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and classroom technology while guiding best practices for network resources and security.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software, managing Google Console and Gmail security, and collaborating with the Director to align IT with instructional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory IT experience.
• Experience with databases, network administration, and G Suite for Education administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to staff and students by diagnosing and repairing computer hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, peripherals, and Chromebooks across TFHE campuses.
• Manage Google Console Management Software and protect organization Gmail accounts from phishing.
