The role emphasizes strong written and oral communication, managing research processes, and coordinating with stakeholders. Occasional travel is expected, and the compensation starts at $62,000 per year with discretionary bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record.
• 1–2+ years of experience or a Master’s degree.
• Experience with at least two of: management or strategy consulting; K‑12 or higher education; project or event management; research; creating partner-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead in-depth interviews with education executives and write interview notes.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and interpret findings for the team.
• Contribute to research studies that translate ideas into actionable partner guidance.
• Manage research processes and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
