Job summary

Prestige School Solutions, LLC is seeking a Grant Services Specialist to manage a portfolio of charter school clients, delivering year-round grant support and compliance guidance. You will collaborate with school leadership, Finance Consultants, and Grants Team members to navigate every stage of the grant lifecycle.

The role requires exceptional organization, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in grant administration, education, school finance, compliance, charter school operations, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to work successfully in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of grant clients.
• Develop, prepare, submit, and amend federal and competitive grant applications.
• Monitor grant compliance throughout the grant cycle.
• Assist schools in maximizing funding while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Monitor grant spending, allocations, carryover, and deadlines.
• Prepare and submit required grant narratives, applications, budgets, amendments, and compliance documentation.
• Provide year-round technical assistance and grant guidance to school leadership.
• Support schools during monitoring visits, desk reviews, and compliance reviews.
• Research and interpret federal and state guidance related to grant administration.
• Identify additional funding opportunities that may benefit assigned schools.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with Finance Consultants to coordinate grant budgets and expenditures.
• Participate in client meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with internal process improvements and cross-training initiatives.
