Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, public administration, education, or related field.
• 8-15+ years of experience in financial management or consulting, with a focus on education finance and sustainability.
• Familiarity with higher education environments and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to convey analysis clearly.
• Strong communication and collaboration with education leaders and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing project phases; supervise others to ensure milestones and deliverables.
• Determine client needs using standard methods plus innovative approaches.
• Evaluate analyses and develop recommendations for the engagement context.
• Implement and oversee quality of deliverables and client-facing outputs.
• Manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
• Contribute to proposals for business development activities.
• Provide financial management consulting to education institutions including forecasting and planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports to school boards and district leadership.
