Qualifications

• Designs, conducts, manages and presents complex financial analyses to support NYCPS leadership policy decisions.
• Researches and improves school funding formulas for sustainability and equity.
• Leads strategic financial planning initiatives aligned with long-term policy priorities.
• Oversees cross-functional projects ensuring alignment of financial policy and operations.
• Develops standards and governance for financial reporting and modeling.
• Drives innovation in analytics, including advanced modeling and automation.
