Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, business or public administration.
• 8-15+ years in financial management or consulting, with focus on education finance.
• Familiarity with higher education environments and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute project phases, coordinating client deliverables and milestones.
• Determine client needs using assessment techniques and innovative approaches.
• Evaluate analyses and develop recommendations for the engagement context.
• Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables.
• Manage team and day-to-day client relationships for performance.
• Develop proposals for business development and educate stakeholders.
