You will rely on ASES and ELOP guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance and high-quality operations. You will partner with school staff, supervise classrooms, coordinate lesson plans, and manage site records while handling confidential information securely.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Proven experience in Field Operations or a similar coordinator role.
• Direct experience working in a school or after-school environment.
• Solid understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Visit local school sites to ensure programs run smoothly and adhere to Hokali’s standards.
• Leverage ASES and ELOP guidelines to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across all sites.
• Manage end-to-end creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain program quality.
• Attend weekly alignment meetings to build your site visitation schedule.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, including accurate record-keeping and session documentation.
• Maintain confidential program information and school directories securely.
