Job summary

Hokali, Inc. is seeking a flexible on-demand QA field operations coordinator based in the Oakland area, with visits to San Francisco schools. The role focuses on ensuring program quality, compliance with ASES and ELOP, and smooth on-site execution.

You will manage lesson plan coordination, site scheduling, and documentation, while building relationships with school staff and instructors. The position offers a dynamic hourly schedule and opportunities for growth within Hokali Academy.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with field operations or coordination in an educational setting.
• Experience working in or with after-school programs (ASES/ELOP) is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication abilities.
• Understanding of ASES and ELOP program frameworks.
• Ability to manage schedules, documentation, and data securely.

Responsibilities

• Visit partner schools within designated hours to oversee program execution.
• Lead creation, tracking, and review of lesson plans to maintain quality.
• Manage site visitation schedules and attend weekly alignment meetings.
• Oversee site administrative tasks, sign-out sheets, and required session documentation.
• Handle confidential program information and school directories securely.
• Leverage prior experience to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across sites.
